This policy explains what personal data is collected through glebmenshov.com (the “website”), why, and what rights you have. It is written to meet the requirements of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where they apply, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the California Online Privacy Protection Act.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Individual Entrepreneur Gleb Menshov, identification number 345858155, registered address Airport Highway Street N 186, Floor 7, Apartment N 33, Batumi, Georgia (“I”, “me”).

2. What data I collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form: the email address or phone number you give for a reply and the content of your message.
When you contact me by email or WhatsApp: the contact details and content you choose to send.
When you visit the website: technical data that your browser sends with every request — IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, referring page, date and time. This data is processed by the hosting and security provider (see section 5) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Website statistics are collected in aggregated form without cookies and are not used to identify you.
I do not collect special categories of personal data and ask you not to include them in your messages.
3. Why I use your data and on what legal basis

Corresponding grounds under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection apply to the same processing.
I do not use your data for marketing mailings, do not sell it, do not share it for advertising, and do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
4. How long I keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client correspondence, contracts and invoices: for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the period required by Georgian tax and accounting law.
- Technical data: kept by the hosting provider for short periods necessary for security and operation.
5. Who processes your data on my behalf
I use a small number of service providers, each bound by data processing terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — website hosting, content delivery, security and spam protection (Turnstile), cookieless website statistics, email routing.
- Resend (USA) — delivery of contact form submissions to my inbox.
- Google LLC (USA) — email inbox in which enquiries and correspondence are stored.
If you choose to contact me via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller. Clicking the WhatsApp button on this website does not send any data to WhatsApp until you open the link.
Your data may also be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
6. International transfers
I am based in Georgia. Service providers listed above may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data is transferred from the EU, the UK or Georgia to a country without an adequacy decision, the transfer relies on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Cookies
The website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner. The hosting and security provider may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to protect the website and the contact form from automated abuse. These do not require consent.
Because the website does not track you across other sites, “Do Not Track” browser signals do not change how it works.
8. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- access the personal data I hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@glebmenshov.com. I will respond without undue delay and within the deadlines set by applicable law. I may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Georgia, the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia; in the EU or UK, the data protection authority of your country of residence.
9. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to enquiries and client data is limited to me and protected with strong authentication.
10. Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. I do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes to this policy
I may update this policy when the website or the services used change. The current version is always published on this page with its update date.
